30-Day Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your handmade pajamas, totes, and bags. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our 30-day returns policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: All items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original condition, free from stains, odors, tears, or any alterations.
- Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging, including any tags or labels.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or modified.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Items returned after the 30-day period.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at shop@103peabody.com with your order number and reason for return to request a Return Authorization.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to 103 N. Peabody Avenue, Suite A, Mountain View, AR 72560 using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection: Once received, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- Refund: If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement upon receipt and inspection.
